Who can use SusanApp
SusanApp belongs to Lighthouse Family Law LLP (“the firm”). Only firm staff who have been given access can use it, by signing in with their firm Microsoft 365 account. It isn't sold, licensed or offered to anyone outside the firm. Use it only for the firm's work, within your SusanApp role and the firm's policies, and don't share your sign-in.
QuickBooks Online and Clio
SusanApp connects to the firm's own QuickBooks Online company and Clio account, read-only. It shows bookkeeping figures to signed-in staff whose role allows it, and never adds, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks or Clio.
Intuit provides QuickBooks Online to the firm under Intuit's own terms. Intuit isn't a party to this agreement and isn't responsible for SusanApp.
Check before you rely on it
The firm provides SusanApp as is, for its own use. Figures come from the firm's books, so check anything important in QuickBooks or Clio before you rely on it.
Disconnecting QuickBooks
A partner can disconnect QuickBooks at any time in SusanApp under Settings › Connections, or from the connected apps page in QuickBooks Online. SusanApp then can't read anything more from QuickBooks until a partner connects it again.
Changes, ending access and governing law
The firm may change these terms; the date below shows the current version. The firm may end anyone's access at any time, for example when they leave the firm. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
